Pressure Pot Technique
Used with any Cold Cure Acrylic

To achieve the best results follow these recommended techniques.

 TECHNIQUE

    a) Upon initial polymerization, place acrylic into the pot.
b) Using room temperature water, fill pot to overflowing. Place lid on the pot.
c) Slide pot into self-aligning position under screw handle.
 
    d) Turn the screw handle clockwise until pressure gauge reads 30 p.s.i.
e) The acrylic should remain in the pot for a minimum of 5 minutes.
f) Turn the screw handle counter clockwise to release. Remove the pot from the press.
 
    g) Release the pressure by pressing or tapping the rellief valve.
h) Gauge should now read 0 p.s.i.
i) Remove the acrylic from the pot and finish accordingly.

 CAUTION

*Check O ring on release button
*Check O ring gasket inside rim of pot
*Lubricate O ringe with vaseline
*If using the relief value, stand clear, H2O will spray
**DO NOT EXCEED 30 Lbs. PRESSURE
